FLL - Fly Out, Cruise In

I have searched and can't seem to find an answer to our questions.

We are doing a TA, flying out of FLL and arriving back in Port Everglades.

Park N Fly seems to have two different parking areas at the same address, one for the airport, one for the cruise port. The rates are higher for the cruise parking using the same exact timeframe. Does anyone know if the shuttle will take us to whichever area we left the car? The website warns you that you will be upcharged if you park in the airport area and use the cruise shuttle. It appears that covered parking is available in both areas on a first come basis.

Park N Go seems to have better overall rates (still higher for cruise parking) and one parking area. They offer "door to vehicle" service, no walking.

Of course, with the current storm situation, no one is answering (can't blame them).

Thanks in advance for help/advice.

If you stay at the La Quinta-FLL Airport the night before you fly out they will let you park there free up to 14 days.

Thank you for the suggestion. (We do that up North when we fly from BOS.) For the trip in question - we will be leaving from our FL home that morning for an easy drive. The TA and extended pre-cruise stay will be 19 days in total.

Will surely keep that iin mind for other trips. Do they shuttle from the cruise port as well?

Angelle and Omar are the managers there and they are very gracious people. I imagine they would give you a few extra days.

They have a port shuttle but it's $8 per person. I think John has the best idea, though. Budget has a location just off the 17th Street Causeway you could drop the rental car and they have a shuttle to the port.

Otherwise, try Global Airport Parking. They do ports as well...

I'm in the exact same situation and I did an online "chat" through the Park N Go site with them to ask just this question, and was told to reserve for the Airport and then when I got there to explain my situation and they'd be sure to give me the pickup info for the cruise port for when I returned.

Hopefully it will work out well! I've used Park N Go for prior cruises and they were great.
