Is this allowed? Will be on Maasdam soon, can we bring the drinks with a luggage tag taped to the box and leave it with the luggage to be delivered to our cabin?

Not only can you bring however many cans of Pepsi you want, you can have the housekeeping stewards clear out the cabin fridge of the minibar drinks, thereby having a cool storage space for them.

The answer to bringing sodas and water in checked luggage is "No."
