What are the Haven perks?

If you book a Haven room and pay full price, what perks do you get? I know you automatically get all the promotions but they used to give you a few bottles of booze in the room. Do they still do that? The only time I was in the Haven was with an upsell and we didn't get all the perks. This time we will be paying full price. :eek:

It's on Breakaway, if that makes a difference.

The only suites that get free booze are Garden Villas, DOS and OS.

Concierge and butler service

Flower arrangement

Bvlgari toiletries

A distinctive keycard

Daily snacks brought to the room

Invitation to VIP events

Free room service, and in room dining (if you order from a specialty and you don't have an SDP credit to cover it, you will be charged)

Haven restaurant/bar/pool area/sun deck

Priority debarkation and tendering at ports

Special reserved seating at shows

 

Some type of alcohol, depends on the room category. Only Owners Suite and above get alcohol in liter bottles. They also get 1 bottle of champagne. Lower level suites get a bottle of sparkling wine.

 

Other beverages are similar. OS and above get unlimited bottled water and soda. Lower level suites get 1 bottle of water on embarkation.

 

I think that's most of them.

Thank you. That's the same as what we had with the upsell. But this time we get all of the promos because we are paying full fare.

Yesterday I received sticky backed luggage tags already filled out for my luggage and a number to call pre-cruise concierge for requests. This is for an owner's suite.

Laundry is free only if you are platinum status and that is 1 bag per week per platinum member.

Pay per view movies are free in all suites.
