About what time should I expect our luggage to arrive on the Sky? I wanted to know if I could change for dinner since I just plan on boarding with my bathing suit and a cover up.

Only once have we had luggage arrive at our room after about 5 pm.

I'd strongly recommend that you put a change of clothes in a carry-on. Sometimes luggage does not arrive before dinner time.

 

And a few people have had occasions when luggage didn't show up at all.

We sailed at the first of October. My husband and I got on board around 12:30 and got ours well before dinner. However our daughter and family boarded around 11:00 am and hers didn't arrive until we had left for dinner. My theory was the first ones to board luggage was on the bottom.

We arrive around 10:30 and have always got our luggage before dinner on About a dozen NCL cruises over the past 2 years.
