Sunshine Steakhouse First Night

In March, my brothers birthday is embarkation day of the cruise. We have booked a party of 9 at the steakhouse at 5:30. What is the dress code for embarkation day in the steakhouse? Normally we would be dressed up but what happens if we do not get luggage in time?

Last May we had early reservations and our luggage had not shown up. We were told to reschedule because my husband did not have long pants. We were able to get a later time that evening and it all worked out.

The first night is cruise casual, but the steakhouse does not permit shorts at any time. OP, I would pack a change of clothes in my carry-on (I normally do this anyway ... what is the luggage gets lost :O).
