Promenade deck on Solstice class?

I'm sure this topic has been covered before, however my search function is not working. Is there an outdoor promenade deck on the Solstice class ships where one can view the ocean when sailing and the pier when docked? Or is it blocked by lifeboats?

There is not a full wrap around promenade deck on Solstice ships and yes most of the space is blocked by lifeboats, but there are some open sections.

 

You may be better wandering up to Deck 14 which is above the pool deck and offers almost uninterrupted views.

There's a short section of deck near the exits where you can stand and look at the view but most of the Promenade deck is occupied by lifeboats.

Here you go; this is the Eclipse. I totally love the S-class ships, but this is one of the (few) negatives.

We love to walk around the lawn area....can't say we have missed a promenade deck...
