Any Issues with Contacting Celebrations Support Team?

I have a friend currently on the Crown Princess sailing and I wanted to gift him some liquor and treats. I tried calling the 800 number listed under their Gifts & Services section and kept getting the automated message stating they were currently closed, even though I was calling during the hours they state they are open. Had this happen on Saturday and Sunday. I finally just printed out the brochure order form and FAXED it in. I was hoping to see a pending charge on my CC today but nothing is showing up. Has anyone contacted them recently?

I don't want to place a phone order at this point as they may run my faxed form as well.

I thought the order had to be completed a certain time before the cruise departed?

I've gifted in the past to Regal Princess after they have started their voyage. I had to telephone it in through their 800 Gift Services number at HQ and they stated it would take a couple of days (up to three days) for the guest to receive the present as the order list is uploaded once a day to the ship.

Thanks.

I guess I am thinking of the old days before Princess improved their processing etc.
