Please report back after you call, I'd like to know if that is a good number for Resolutions.

When I called that number I ended up with a regular agent..after explaining my situation, I asked her if I could speak to someone in resoultions and she put me on hold and then transferred me to them. So, that number does not get you right to resoultions, but maybe that is the first step...bottom line, once I spoke to resoultions, they were able to help me and resolve my issue successfully...hope that helps..
