How long have you waited for a response? I submitted mine, and haven't heard, it hasn't been that long, but wondered what the average was. It says you will hear within 48 hours, and I'm past that.

I have submitted requests 4 times. Each time I have waited longer than 48 hours and then emailed the shore excursion desk to inquire because as you say, they say they respond within 48 hours.

I used the 110% guarantee for an excursion in Barbados this past August. The congratulations response was within a few hours, well before I expected to hear from them.

There doesn't seem to be a lot of consistency in the wait times.
