Valentines day El Bistro sold out?

Reservations for my cruise opened today. I was hoping to book El Bistro for Valentines day but it doesn't show the 14th as an option. Could it be "sold out" already? I booked Moderno instead but thinking that as soon as we get on the ship I will go and try to get El Bistro and switch it.

 

Would it really sell out that quick?

Call the reservations phone number and see if they can book you for it.

They usually do a special meal (not the normal menu) in Le Bistro on the 14th.

 

It may not be bookable online.

I did, they couldn't see any reservations available either.
