CAS Offers

I have just returned from NCL Escape and Getaway, I also did the getaway last December, we obtained our lucky cards this time. We booked our first cruise via an american travelagent, the most recent via a UK travel agent due to exchange rate falls.

We go in the casino every night and both my parents and my husband and myself gamble, not heavily but over the 2 weeks my husband and I probably lost $6-7000- not lucky at all on this cruise, some slot play but mostly 3 card poker.

How do we see if we qualify for comped rooms for next cruise, as we wish to book for February 17.

Sorry kenzie, I kinda chuckled when I saw this thread.:o

They probably didn't mean to be rude. Or some people give quick

easy answers, and don't explain things very well.....

I like it when Posts are answered with Explanations, instead of Call this, too.

After reading your question outside of CASINO questions, I came back

here to see if I could help you.;)

Appears you got more than enough Help already. LOL

Just call CAS, and I'm certain you will get some GOOD offers.

You played Alot, and deserve good offers.

If you had time to Wait? I think you will start receiving postcard CAS

offers, in the next couple months.

In the meantime, I would Call and chat them up. Good luck.:)

Strange how no-one ever responds on the casino treads for contact details

Go to NCL.com

Type "Casinos at Sea" in the search box

Call CAS (number in post above)

If you had sufficient play to rate you, they will discount or comp a room. Based on your theoretical losses on your next cruise, they will comp anything from an inside room to Havens room.

Bird,

Several posts from this thread were deleted. I personally replied with the same info you provided, same explanation and the actual link. Unfortunately the OP thought I and several others were rude as they were looking for an exact direct contact number, which was never mentioned in the original post. I thought we were helping, they thought we were insincere and rude. Oh well, but your reply is spot on.

Good Luck in the Casinos!!!
