Waiting Area Before Security - Miami

Is there a Waiting Area at the Port of Miami NCL Cruise Terminal before Security?

 

We will have to drop off part of our party, drop a rental car and meet up later before checking in.

 

If so, does anybody have photos?

NCL has 2 Miami terminals, B & C, which are most often used together to board the same ship. There is a small covered area in front of each terminal, as well as a small parking lot to the side of terminal B where your party could wait...

There's no specific waiting area. Here's a link to a port map. You could probably just pick a spot to give as a meeting location.

We did that in July. My DH dropped the kids and me off at the port and returned the car.

 

We went through security with all the bags and then just waited inside the terminal for him to return. There are some chairs there. When he came back we checked in. Just make sure he has his boarding pass with him.

 

It was very easy.

There is no waiting area before security. It is a small room before the metal detectors and xrays. The only real waiting is in the sun on the curb.

 

Best to just stay with the rent-a-car and all ride the shuttle to the port.

Don't arrive early. There is nothing, as in "zero" to do in Port of Miami.

Well there are vending machines.
