Its usually open until 10pm every night with the exception of the last night when it closes at 8pm. They then drain and clean everything

Given that last off is about 9:30 not a lot of time to use it if it was open (as noted, its not, they are doing a deep clean during turnaround.

 

By the same token, if you are doing a back to back, its is not available until after muster and they will be bringing tours through.
