Chopsticks - any Gluten Free Options?

On our last cruise we had the Mongolian Wok, not Chopsticks. I was curious if anyone found anything gluten free in Chopsticks?

You would need to inquire about what thickening agent was used in the sauces (cornstarch is okay, flour is not), but if you stay away from the obvious wheat noodles, dumplings, etc., you'll probably find a number of things.

They have low sodium soy sauce if you ask for it. I prefer that over the other sauces

Thanks for the info. Chopsticks is salty enough already.

Normal soy sauce has gluten.

I'd be extremely concerned about cross contamination.

Most everything seems to be made the same with lots of salt. Don't know if I'd trust it to be gluten free. They do have a vegetarian dish on occasion.

 

After eating there twice everything starts tasting the same. You really won't be missing much.

Thanks. It isn't for me, but for my son. I am not a fan myself, but my husband and kids usually are.
