Booking spa appointments in advance

Was on Riviera in November and did not book any spa treatments in advance. They do offer "specials" during the cruise, with some savings - not huge, but nonetheless, a discount. I was able to get in when I wanted, quite easily. The spa did not seem busy at all. I highly recommend Maya for massage and Susan for acupuncture. I did acupuncture after a massage twice and it was very effective. Had never tried acupuncture before; but Susan is amazing.
