ForMyBoys2015 Posted January 2, 2017 #1 Share Posted January 2, 2017 (edited) Hi All, Now that Oasis has been in PC for a little over a month I was wondering if cruisers could give me a feel for the earliest embarkation times? I see the ship gets to port at 6am. My mom booked a flight home to New Mexico at 11:35 am post trip. I'm now looking at flights to our home and my options are 11:25am OR 3:35pm. My comfort zone says to book the 3:30 but we will have to rush to get there by 11:35 for my mom anyway so I'd really prefer not to spend an additional 4 hours in the airport. We hired a driver who will pick us up from PC and take us directly to MCO so we shouldn't have to wait for rental cars, etc. I'm thinking if I have him pick us up at 8am we should be to MCO by 9am with plenty of time pre-trip. But is 8am a reasonable time off the ship if we do self walk off? And then is it easy to figure out where pick up would be for the car service? Thanks for any assistance. ForMyBoys2015 Posted January 2, 2017 Author #2 Share Posted January 2, 2017 I guess I should also ask what the latest time I can debark the ship is? If we do decide to do the 3:30 flight I may just have my mom pay for a the shuttle separately and we won't be so rushed. Thanks All!

Yes, if the ship is on time and there are no delays with customs, you should be able to be off the ship and ohtside the terminal before 8am if you do self-assist disembarkation and are near the front of the line to get off. The are for private transportation service pick up is clearly marked.

nat9511 Posted January 2, 2017 #5 Share Posted January 2, 2017 Two weeks ago I got in line at 5:50am and was off Oasis at 6:15am. I carried my own luggage off. The hotel shuttle was waiting so I got back to my car and was on the road by 6:45.
btregoning Posted January 10, 2017 #6 Share Posted January 10, 2017 Just off on 1/8. We did luggage valet and walked off the ship with absolutely no lines at 8:00 a.m. Cleared customs and were ready for pick-up before 8:30 a.m. With a 45 minute drive to MCO, you should be good for your 11:30 flight (if you get in on time and clear customs with a normal time frame).
