mapleleaves Posted February 1, 2017 #4 Share Posted February 1, 2017 I haven't stayed at either one but perhaps people don't understand your question. I don't. :o What exactly are you looking for ....a comparison of the hotels, pros & cons, proximity to specific sights, info about amenities? Perhaps if you could be more clear about what info you're looking for, you'll get more responses. Good luck !
ACJV Posted February 1, 2017 Author #5 Share Posted February 1, 2017 Sorry I was not clear😀 Just wanted any feedback from people who have stayed at either hotel. How was the hotel as far as the rooms, service, etc. also, what about nearby sights and restsurants. Thanks, Vicki
Rare cruisemom42 Posted February 1, 2017 #6 Share Posted February 1, 2017 I've not stayed at either hotel, but Hotel Pantheon is very centrally located near all the major sites (except the Vatican, which is an outlier), and with many potential restaurants nearby. It's a bustling area in the evening. Staying near the Pantheon is my biggest recommendation to anyone visiting Rome for the first time (Or second. Or third.) Kfamilycruise Posted February 12, 2017 #7 Share Posted February 12, 2017 I stayed at Hotel Lancelot 7 years ago, but absolutely loved it. Tiny, but clean and comfortable and the staff were amazing. So close to the Coliseum too!
