When do excursion options become available?

We are booked on the Getaway for next January and I am wondering when excursion options through the cruise line become available for booking? Last cruise we booked about 6 months in advance and I don't recall having to wait to start looking. Thanks.

Excursions to book are not available 359 days in advance. You will have to wait

In my experience, it is totally random.

 

I've seen them available over a year in advance, or sometimes they only appear a few months before cruise date.

 

Even on the same cruise, they can appear for some ports months earlier than other ports.

 

There are no fixed timeframes. Just keep checking for them.

I booked my November cruise last hear in October and a week or two after ibooked I noticed a couple excursions in the Bahamas were available to book. Now they have 15 listed. You have to keep checking

While you are waiting, get a guidebook on your ports....you may find you don't even NEED an excursion to do what interests you!

I am having the same problem. I want to book a Pool Cabana for Harvest Caye, we are sailing in November. I normally wouldn't book this far in advance, but I am not sure how many there are, and think they could sell out. I'll be checking weekly
