Symphoy of the Seas trademarked

Someone posted a picture of the ship builders mounting the name Symphony on the new Oasis 4 currently under construction. I think that was enough proof to know the next ship is definitely called Symphony, let alone the Flowrider blog post mistake. :)

There have been a few since the Flowrider leak. These are the latest photos that I posted.

Is it surprising that it wasn't trademarked before they put up the name on the ship? Seems like something that they would do earlier in the process?

Not sure if it makes that big of a difference. Crystal cruises already has a Symphony and I think Royal is the only one that adds "of the Seas". Maybe I'm wrong on the last part but I don't recall another line using "of the seas".
