Don't you love that periodic excitement before a cruise?

I retired in November after 40 years with my company, and yes I started when I was 2!😉 It is the best! We go on my retirement cruise in six weeks. We've had this cruise booked for almost two years, I get that excited feeling all the time when I think about it. Of course it wasn't my retirement cruise when we booked as I made that decision only a few months before I retired.

Even though I've been retired for several years, I still cannot figure out how I was able to squeeze in all the things I did pre-retirement after setting aside the 40 - 60 hours per week at work, plus the 15 hours per week commuting. I should have some 50 to 70 more hours per week to do stuff now that I'm not working, and I still haven't time to do everything I want.

Retirement is hard - you have to set priorities.
