More than one waiting area to board in NY?

We are on Breakaway 3/19/17. The Gem is also sailing the same day, an hour later. How will they handle this? Are there two terminals? Will BA start boarding early to free up space. Trying to figure out the best arrival time as we will be taking a train into the city. Hoping to board before it gets too crazy.

when two ships are in port in NY, it works something like this:

Breakaway at pier 88, Gem at pier 90

there is only one entrance to the cruise terminal. when you drive up the ramp, someone will ask you which ship you are on and then tell you were to go
