bahama_mama2015 Posted February 1, 2017 #1 Share Posted February 1, 2017 Thanks to all you wonderful people I have my day planned (almost !) for St. Thomas. Few more questions: We dock at 11:00 but our excursion isn't until 1:00. What the closest bars/restaurants to the cruise dock? Walking distance? I believe we will be at Havensight. Cruising on Carnival Splendor in April. How long is the walk to these bars? Thinking of checking out Iggies at Bolongo before or after the excursion. How far of a taxi ride is that? Thanks for all your help!!!! Sent from my iPhone using Forums
radiojw Posted February 2, 2017 #2 Share Posted February 2, 2017 On St. Thomas, there are a few bars next to the port. Fat Turtle, Da Lime and Da Coconut (my favorite), and then there's "The Delly Deck", which if you go there -- you have to try their "Bushwhacker". I plan on having a few of those this next cruise. Hopefully i'll be able to get up. As for food, can't answer that. I do know that there are a couple places in port.
