NCL Escape Haven Benefits

We are staying in a Spa Haven cabin this June.

We are trying to determine if we will receive fresh flowers and a daily bottled water supply.

Also trying to ascertain if we can request the mini-bar be emptied prior to our arrival so that we know everything in the refrig is free. Besides, we have ended up with the unlimited drink package---but it appears it is just for booze rather than healthy bottled water.

The web is full of potentially old and conflicting information. Any recent cruisers that enjoyed the Escape's Haven know what the current benefits are?

Here's what you get:

VIP Embarkation/lounge

Welcome Aboard flower arrangement

Welcome Aboard sparkling wine

Welcome Aboard 1 large bottle of water (not daily)

Upgraded shampoo, conditioner and lotion

robes and slippers

pillow menu

bath menu

Daily snacks

Butler service

Concierge service

Free room service

Sea shell bath salts

coffee/tea machine in room

2 passes to the Spa thermal suite (you can get fruit water and tea in there)

Access to the Haven pool/sundeck/sauna

Access to the Haven Restaurant

The beverage package does not cover water, however the water onboard is purified in the same way that most bottled water is and is actually significantly cleaner than the water in most US cities, so you might consider refilling the water bottle from the tap. Another option would be to bring a Brita water filter system of some type.

You can no longer bring bottled water onboard (or cokes or anything other than wine.)

To have your refrigerator emptied, email your request here:

(take out the space) They may or may not do it - hard to guess. I find that asking the butler onboard is usually the better option. The butler will bring pitchers of water if you want or especially stock only bottled water if you prefer.
