Is the Suite lounge open on Embarkation day?

It has been open on Oasis and Allure. Haven't had a full suite on any other ships.

Yes, it is open on embarkation day and Coastal Kitchen serves a wonderful lunch. It is such a nice way to start a cruise. It is also open on debark day where you can have breakfast in a leisurely manner and not have to deal with the Windjammer.

It is accessible 24/7. Depending on ship, lunch may or may not be served
