Transportation from and to seattle airport.

There are two cruise terminals in Seattle. Which one are you using? (Norwegian and Oceania use Pier 66 close to downtown, all the others use Pier 91 which is three miles to the north and not easily reached except by limo or taxi.) A taxi or towncar will cost $50 - $60 to T91, Uber maybe $10 - $15 cheaper.

How much is a cab from the Royal Caribbean pier in Seattle to the airport? How long does it take? We're wondering if we should just take a cab or hire a car. We're 7 months away from our cruise so we're not crunched for time but should be safely book a flight after 12pm or could we book earlier? We're in a Grand Suite so we get off the ship early.
