Scottygirl1 Posted February 19, 2017 #1 Share Posted February 19, 2017 My husband is hoping to choose a book from the library to read while on board. Can you take a book away from the library? Is there a good range of fiction? Thanks... two days to go, very excited!!
Bigmike911 Posted February 19, 2017 #2 Share Posted February 19, 2017 There are excellent libraries on all the Cunard ships. On the QV and QE they are loft style with a stairway from upper to lower (or vice versa). The have a good selection of fiction, but don't expect the very latest best sellers. They tend to be established titles, and yes you can check them out and take them to your suite. I think there may well be a three book limit at any one time, and travel books cannot be removed from the library. They also have books on CD to listen to as well. Cheers Mike
Scottygirl1 Posted February 19, 2017 Author #3 Share Posted February 19, 2017 Thanks Mike - latest books are not necessary but do they have thrillers etc suitable for a male? I'm sure he'll find something there.
Rare Victoria2 Posted February 19, 2017 #4 Share Posted February 19, 2017 Thanks Mike - latest books are not necessary but do they have thrillers etc suitable for a male? I'm sure he'll find something there. It's two books per passenger at anyone time. Authors Michael Connelly, James Patterson, David Baldacci, Patricia Cornwell, Karen Rose, both Kellermans; in fact many of the usual suspects and more.
