Adding prepaid gratuities before sailing

I didn't add prepaid grats when booking, not sure why.. Is it possible to still add them pre sailing? I would like all that taken care of before we sail!

Thanks, but I booked myself via website... I guess I'll have to call them! I was just hoping to do it online.

I just added the gratuities last week for our upcoming Navigator cruise in two weeks. I did have to call though. Must've been on a good day though because no wait on hold and only took 5 minutes. Good luck and happy sailing!
