Carnival do anything over St Patrick's Day?

Found a thread from 2006, not much info there.

everyone is invited to the bridge to help the captain find the pot of the gold floating in the ocean

On the Miracle last year, they handed out hats, head boppers and necklaces. You could also get a picture taken of you and a leprechaun if you were lucky enough to see him walking around the ship. Don't remember seeing any special drinks or food.

Another poster said she called and was told there would be an irish style pub crawl that night on the Sunshine. 🍀

Thanks for the answers. At worst I can drink Midori Twilight Zone or Midori and OJ.

Going on a three day so it'll be interesting. Didn't even realize it was over St Patrick's Day until a few days ago.

We were onboard last St. Patrick's Day and they didn't do much, I think they were just handing out green beads and such on the lido and in the atrium.

Unless it blows a gasket again, I'll be on the Splendor from March 12 to 19, so that covers St Patrick's day. As a Scot, I celebrate St Andrews day, but hey, just for a day, pour me a Guinness!

 

A good suggestion would be to get Bono from U2 and throw him overboard. :cool:

Just off the Imagination 3 day.

 

We had-

 

-Trivia game

-Green beer

-Pub Crawl $20/ 4 drinks

-Didn't see any special foods- sea day and CE night. We ate at Brunch and the MDR, never made it to the buffet.

-There was a Leprechaun having his picture taken with the pax around the ship.
