Can't open RCI message "portal"

How many also received the RCI e-mail message about "easier" to book with new cabin designations and were unable to open the "portal" to read about the new changes? Mine just ground away and never opened. More great IT work!

Perhaps because it won't be available until March 8th?

I could open it. I followed the link and then signed in at the top. It just listed all the different categories of rooms, grand suite, junior suite, guarantee suite,etc. and the dates that those categories would be available for cruising. I didn't see anything of interest to me.

Website has gotten worse...no surprise. I can't open booking pages at all, and even using a different browser gets me "this link appears to be broken" from EX browser. Google Chrome, even with cookies deleted, just goes to a blank page.

I can't use Chrome at all anymore for Royal. Have to use Firefox.

That's strange, because I use Chrome regularly. Only other option is IE and I gave that up a long time ago.

 

 

Had been just fine for years, but lately in the last few months, I have been having problems

with RCI website using Chrome, and now happening with Explorer also. I am not the only

one.
