partial obstructed view cabins on Maasdam

Does anyone know what the obstruction is in the partial obstructed view cabins on the Lower Promenade deck on the Maasdam?

Steel superstructure. The "fully obstructed" are directly behind that wall, and the partially obstructed are at the edges and can see out the openings by looking left or right. The first and third windows are partial, the second a full.

First and fourth are partial and you can actually see a lot from them!

Yep! We've had two on S class ships and one on the Amsterdam.
