This forum was so helpful in my decision to stay at Hyatt on the Hudson. Thank you in advance. I can't find the original thread, but my flight leaves tomorrow and I just want to verify that my notes are still correct:

1. Arrive Newark Airport at 10 a.m.

2. Take the monorail to the EWR train station (will this be easy to find from Delta Terminal)?

3. Take NJ Transit train (not Amtrack) to Newark Penn. Station. What is Cost? Where are tickets?

4. From NJ Transit, take the PATH which is directly across from where the NJ Transit drops at Newark Penn. I believe this is $2.75. Do I get tickets right there? Will this all be easy to navigate? I only have carry-on, but I'm public transportation ignorant.

5. Take Path to Exchange Place. Hyatt is right there.

Sunday Morning:

1. Walk to NJ Hudson-Bergan Light Rail station (very close to Hyatt)

2. Get off at 34th Street station in Bayonne

3. Call a cab (any recommendations?)

Folks have had good luck with Uber. There are two possible pickup points - in the Station parking area or on Ave E. Ask where they will pick you up. To get to the parking area you have to take an elevator up to cross the tracks and an elevator down on the other side.
