Dock in Mykonos

If they dock then it probably is the new port. If they tender then it will be into the old port.

but they are quite close and there is a water taxi service from the new port to the old port.

Mykonos is a toss up due to the winds. Your ship can go from docking to tender and vice versa. I would go with what your MSC schedule says... use new port for docking and old port for tendering. But as Vmax says, there is a ferry that links the two in case something changes and you need to get to the other port for your car.
