Drink coupons Fantastica cabins

did anyone got those 12 free drinks already ? Where did you get your coupons? Cabin? Casino? any problems?

We were on 4/1/17, the first sailing of 'summer 2017' and has Fantastica Cabin. I went to Casino to pick up once we are on the ship because that was what everyone shared on the internet, there is no mention how you can pick it up in the eDoc. But the casino staff didn't find mine for my cabin. So she told me 'Fantastica' vouchers will be delivered to the the cabin. Then I went to my cabin, found the daily, but not vouchers, saw our room attendant in the hallway, asked him. He said he doesn't have it, and told us a lot of people were asking, it will probably be delivered to the room later. Then after the muster drill (around 5 maybe) we went back to the room, it is on our door~~

Thank you. I assumed something like this with MSC. Hope they will fix a problem and deliver it early so people can enjoy it.

Was on the 4/1 sailing also. They were supposed to be in our cabin, but was not. We had to fight to get them, was told that we were not entitled to them coz of the date we booked the cruise. It was offered when we booked. We got them 2 days later. Take every printed item from your booking with you including any package descriptions you bought or are included for free.

Exact thing happened to me. I got mine on the first seaday after a call to corporate. One set of friends got theirs on their door when they boarded. Another set got theirs after dinner. I was also told it was not included when I purchased. I don't think leaving them on the door is the proper thing to do. Leave them in the cabin or under the door. Just not where anyone can walk by and grab them.

We did purchase an Interior Fantastica experience storeroom for this Saturday's sailing, but our edocs do not mention any indication that we're entitled to these extra 12 drink vouchers. Is it showing on anyone else's edocs? I hope I don't have to fight for them like you've all experienced!

In 7x on the Divina we never had a problem. They are in the casino.

I would call and get something in writing if you can. My documents did not have it listed while my friend's documents did.

Just to point out this isn't standard globally. We sailed Fantastica on the Armonia departing on 1 April and didn't receive any free drinks vouchers.

Did anybody have children that got vouchers as part of the fantastica plan? Did they look different or could an adult use them for adult beverages?

The children vouchers are in a red booklet and state non-alcoholic beverages.

Got my ticket document today and it's​ listed on it that the 12 drink vouchers​ are included.

 

Debating now if I should get the 18 pack.

If you are not a big drinker don't bother. Everyone in my group had vouchers left over at the end of the trip. People were at the bars handing the out to strangers the last night..

No. You have the rest of the week to use your 12 vouchers.

We had extra coupons left so on last sea day, so used them for gelato, fancy coffee drinks, and large bottle waters to take off the ship for ride to airport. Lots of ways to use them up.

Go to there website print out what's included in fantastica package, where 12 coupons are listed, just in case. In our doc it was not listed specifically, even though I called 3x to confirm it was & per person.

Good luck. They may have the kinks worked out after the first week which was 4/1 in the US. And yes the are supposed to be in your room.

Only vouchers you pre purchased with $$ are picked up in the casino.

The 12 free vouchers just started 4/1 and should be in your stateroom, go to service desk if they are not there.

You are confused. This is referring to the new fantastica drink vouchers, not the ones for $$$.
