esdoorn Posted April 14, 2017 #1 Share Posted April 14, 2017 With having a JR Suite (believe I get priority boarding) and have excusions booked for all ports through Carnival, is there any need to purchase FTTF? Thanks!
Tiger0613 Posted April 14, 2017 #2 Share Posted April 14, 2017 You will need it if you want or need your room ready when you board.
esdoorn Posted April 14, 2017 Author #3 Share Posted April 14, 2017 You will need it if you want or need your room ready when you board. So I have priority boarding, but my room wouldn't be ready until after 1.30pm? .
Tiger0613 Posted April 14, 2017 #4 Share Posted April 14, 2017 Exactly. Having your room ready when you board is only a perk for Diamond, Platinum, and FTTF.

I don't mind carrying my backpack around for a couple of hours to save $70.00. Not worth it. .
cathann Posted March 10, 2018 #6 Share Posted March 10, 2018 We have a junior suite but our other family members have cove balcony cabins- I’m assuming they will have to do regular embarkation even though we’ll have priority? cathann Posted March 10, 2018 #7 Share Posted March 10, 2018 Yes, your other family members have to board in their normal boarding section. Thanks, we’d better stay with them I guess to make sure my mum gets on board ok. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
disneylover89 Posted March 10, 2018 #8 Share Posted March 10, 2018 The 4 of us usually book a grand suite and I still buy FTTF. With it we are able to drop off our carryon's which is 4 backpacks and a rolling suitcase full of soda and most importantly we are able to bypass the long lines at Guest Services. Diamond, Plat. and FTTF guests have a separate line with priority service and the line is always shorter. We always seem to have to go to Guest Services at least twice during a cruise and paying the extra $ is well worth it for us to skip the line. You also get priority boarding for tender ports too. cb at sea Posted March 10, 2018 #9 Share Posted March 10, 2018 The OP already booked all excursions thru the ship, so there's not a need for "priority tendering".
