Dinner Times

We are cruising on RC Anthem of The Seas. We have chosen early seating but on 1 night there is a show we want to see that starts early. If we skip the early seating will we miss dinner in MDR?

I would almost bet that talking to the dinning manager early in the day about doing a one-time any-time dinning would get you in at a later time. In general the staff will do anything they can, when possible, to make you happy. There is a chance, if the show is really popular and a lot of people want to dine later, that they might not be able to but it can't hurt to ask. Have the buffet as a backup plan - most have the same items available as the MDR menu.

They are usually pretty strict about this and will not switch you from My Time to traditional; too many people would ask. There are plenty of other options for dinner.
