RCI Booking Question

I am about to book a cruise through RCI website, if something comes up I just want to clarify that as long as its not past final payment I can always call and move my cruise/dates (I know I may loose the promotion) but I won't lose the deposit or amount thats been paid up to that point. Silly Question I know, but I'm having a brain lapse this morning.

If you are booked under US/Canadian rules, then your deposit (and anything else you may have paid towards the cruise) is fully refundable before final payment date,
