Depends on whether or not the OBC is "per cabin" total OR per person. If it is $70 per cabin, then it would be split between the 2 occupants equally -- $35 each. If it is $70 per person, then each of you gets $70 to spend.

It depends on how you have your onboard account set up. If each person has an individual account, they will individually get the credit. If you have a master account for everyone in the cabin, it will be in a pool.
