Booking shore excursions onbord

Is the shore excursion desk open as soon as you board the ship? Can you book the, from the TV or do you have to do it in person? We have an OBC we plan on using for tours.

In general the. desk is open from 1 to 8 or could be 9.. Not sure. you can book from TV but again not sure about credit. maybe you book them and then alter your credit shows up .You can book from home but can not use OBC from home.

I would not be confident about booking from the TV. We tried to book room service through the TV and after 30 minutes called to see what was happening, we were told that requests were not sent directly to room service but were passed on - not sure who from - eventually. If you want to be certain I would go for the face to face option. Though excursions may operate differently and maybe lots have people have used the TV with no problem.
