helsinki tours on royal caribbean ship

we're trying to decide between 2 ship tours One is the 3 hr helsinki highlights and the other is the 41/2 hour helsinki highlights and history. any suggestions. the latter says 1 1/2 hours walking but I suspect this is cumulative any thoughts would be much appreciated

Looked at these tours while planning for our August cruise and we interpreted the second one as a 1 1/2 hour walking tour after the highlights tour.

 

We plan on (since the port is reported to be walkable, so we read) to take the ferry over to the sea fortress - weather permitting of course.

 

Was not real impressed with the offered tours.

Instead of a Royal Caribbean cruise suggest you look at private tour operator. I did one with SPB tours last year and it was cheaper than Royal's tour (about the same length of time) and much fewer people (there were only 8 of us on our tour).
