Speculation is running that it will be this month.

The only accurate answer is something like "When DCL is good and ready." Beyond that there are rumors and the fact that they typically release schedules 15-18 months before the start of those schedules. Sorry that no one can be very accurate.

 

TAs are typically informed a couple days before the schedule opens for booking. As soon as that happens, it will be leaked to the boards but without any prices.
