dexddd Posted May 8, 2017 #1 Share Posted May 8, 2017 I checked MSC website and didn't find anything as to their requirements. Actually, the more I try to do on the MSC website, the more I find how broken it is. Anyways, our DS is taking his friend with on Divina. His friend has a passport so no problem there. Can we use a "normal" letter from the parents consenting to international travel or does MSC require a special form? Do any of the forms have to be notarized? Rare Essiesmom Posted May 8, 2017 #2 Share Posted May 8, 2017 There is no special form, but the point of having it notarized is that it guarantees that the two people signing are really the parents not just some other friends. EM
