Does anyone know whether visiting Santorini on a Sunday is much different (I.e. lots of things closed) than visiting on other days? Thanks!

We were just in Santorini on Easter Sunday. If they had something to sell tourists, they were open.

   if you are visiting in summer, shops will be open. They rely on tourism.
