Metro Schedule for Barcelona

We plan on going to Montserrat using the metro (L1) from Placa Catalunya to the train station at Placa Espanya. I have the times the train leaves from Placa Espanya but can't seem to find when/how often the metro leaves from Placa Catalunya. I'm either looking at the wrong website(s) or am not reading them properly. Can someone point me to a schedule or give me an idea how often the metro leaves from Placa Catalunya? Thanks.

Main line Metro trains run on basically a 5 minute header so as long as you leave a reasonable amount of time for the trip you do not need a metro schedule. Every time I have missed a train the next one has been along in minutes.

The trains ran 5 minutes apart when we were there in 2015

... metro runs every 5' and rule of thumb is 3' between stops.
