For the person who asked about special breakfast dining on RCI, that is for suites and Pinnacle Crown and Anchor members only. Thanks for all the input. Still chewing this over.

I love, Love, LOVE Blu, and would happily pay $500 for an Aqua upgrade. But that's me and my preferences.

 

If you have your heart set on the buffet for dinner (and maybe even breakfast), then upgrading would be silly. Blu can speed things along much quicker than the MDR, but the buffet will always be faster and more convenient than Blu.

 

As much as I enjoy their breakfast, I wouldn't spend $500 just for the breakfast. So, if you're open to trying Blu and giving them a shot to expedite things, then sure, I'd consider an upgrade. But, if you enjoy the buffet for dinner, more props to ya - but I would encourage you to pass on the upgrade.
