When I get to the page to add Country, state,age, past cruiser vifp number, I can't continue to the next page and I get a message ! You can't have more than one tab open. Can anyone help me??? Apparently it's a known issue, Vacations To Go (whom we booked the cruise through) had to send us the boarding passes and info after we called them and inquired. mamax2 Posted June 4, 2017 #4 Share Posted June 4, 2017 You can't have carnival opened in multiple tabs (browsing windows). It's not an issue because of an upgrade or anything. If you are looking at bookings in one tab (window...whatever you want to call it) and attempt to open another one and try a different combo it will give you that message. I remember that happening to me a long time ago so it's not a recent issue or anything. They just don't like you to be trying mock bookings in more than one browsing window. Not sure about OP but I know for a fact it's been an issue for at least a week for me. Carnival's site is not being friendly.
