Considering a MSC cruise, like other cruise lines, can you order more than one appetizer in the no surcharge MDR and is the pizza complimentary?

You can order as much as you want but Pizza complimentary only in Buffet .You have to pay for room service or in Pizzeria (on Divina class ships) but its well worth it to pay.

It is cheap too. At the pizza restaurant a meter of pizza with four different sections of toppings is only $15.99, and for a whole room service pizza I think about $8.

You can have as many items on the menu as you please. I know of people who have gone thru' the whole menu and ordered everything on it!

 

There's no charge for the pizza in the buffet which, going on comments on this forum, is some of the best pizza at sea. I don't eat pizza so can't offer an opinion, but DH always has the pizza when we eat in the buffet.
