LisaT12 Posted June 11, 2017 #1 Share Posted June 11, 2017 Hello Everyone, We have been cruising for many years and many times but we never came across this. I guess now that our girls are older it was bound to happen. We booked connecting cabin with 2 in each room.....those great cabins, where a balcony cabin is connected to an interior cabin. Anyway, my one daughter can't make the cruise. What are my options? I want to keep both cabins (one cabin for my husband and me) and even though my older daughter will technically be by herself in the cabin....but we do keep the door open, so it is like one big cabin. Can I cancel my one daughter and pay the 150% for the other? Or is there something else I can do? We sale in August. Thanks!!
Rare Essiesmom Posted June 11, 2017 #2 Share Posted June 11, 2017 Cabins are priced per person, double occupancy. If one daughter cancels, the other will be paying 200%. No 150% solo fares. EM
SadieN Posted June 11, 2017 #3 Share Posted June 11, 2017 If you didn't book ES, you can have your older DD bring a friend for $50. It's usually best to just have her as a no show ( if you cannot have a friend/relative) come along. You'll be refunded the port fees etc. Sent from my iPhone using Forums

They will automatically refund port fees and taxes.

bnorris10 Posted June 12, 2017 #6 Share Posted June 12, 2017 Like someone else said see how much it would cost to change the name to someone else because perhaps your daughter could bring a friend
