Ok check in time was just 20 minutes, it was so quick! Cruise cards are presented to you at check in. Aurea check in gets priority boarding. Yacht Club has their own dedicated check in.

When you get on board, you get your cruise card pic taken & job done. Activate your cruise card & credit/debit card - there are various points around the ship.

Cabins are ready at 2pm!

 

The first thing you see virtually is the amazing ceiling!

 

Just seeing if the internet is activated for me in a bit as have got wifi for the live review!

 

Just sat at the Edge bar having a Bellini as you do!

And have photographed the entire bar menu!

Ok we are in the cabin!

It's quite muted decor wise but functional - I have pictures & a video which is quite funny as I try not to trip over doors!

 

 

 

 

 

There is a lounge, bathroom & bedroom.

 

 

The huge balcony!

 

 

And of course the hot tub on the balcony!

 

As suspected, this room right under the bridge is very sheltered & won't get the sun but that's probably a good thing in the hot sun!

 

Next we're checking out the spa & I need to see how to get my internet working!

Great job. Bigger Hot tub and balcony ( length wise anyway ) than the duplex ( which is round ) but we as a family need more space inside. Get down to the spa and get your massage booked... don't forget your shows as well! Don't you have to reserve seats for those as well.

Just switch it on. It will take time to fill from the tap. It appears hot water comes out of the tap. We'll find out later as we will do sail away from there!

Just been to the spa & got our packages booked in for tomorrow afternoon.

 

 

There is a barbers, plus hairdressers, beauty salon & manicure & pedicure place.

This spa certainly looks amazing - there is another jacuzzi for the body but there were people in that one so couldn't take a pic.

@Cafedumonde - yes we have the Aurea experience.

Currently in the Sky Lounge which is lovely & soundproofed.

The drinks in here are all premium but they will make you up anything on the bar list that is included.

Found the Top 19 Solarium which has a jacuzzi but not seen any special chairs just normal sun loungers.

Still not got my internet package working. MSC for Me App doesn't seem to be working at the moment.

Oh that whirlpool tub - I was hoping it was the nice big square one. This is going to make my choice very hard. I cannot wait to see the video. The spa looks wonderful, and I'm not a spa person....LOL.

Thank you tried that & that hasn't worked. There was a queue at Guest Relations, we tried ringing but no one answered - so we will go after dinner.

Wow this is an experience. It's very busy & if you are a fussy eater then you may struggle!

Also when the bread person comes round - take a few bits of bread because you will probably not see them again!

I have more photos to put up but will wait when I have wifi!!!

It's the same hot tub in the duplex suites & it's a good tub - you can vary the temperature & settings!

I've just made a video of the room only. Will do a video of the jacuzzi.

That sounds great. Do you have to empty the tub every time or is it possible to leave the water in for the complete day?
