Can you choose your MDR deck? (on RCCL)

Can you pick between the first, second or third level of the main dining room on Royal Caribbean, specifically the Liberty of the Seas? Or is it automatic/random or specific to your stateroom deck? I've always been on the lower level and think it'd be cool to be on the top one.

There is usually one deck for My TIme dining and two decks for traditional. So if you are in traditional, you can request one of the two traditional decks.

indirectly. one deck is set aside for MTD, the others for Traditional. IIRC the topmost deck is MTD.
