Some times (not all) when I've gotten that message I've switched to a different browser and it has worked.

We have been booked since May 31st and still cannot get logged into our booking ... I have called RCL and my TA several time and they can see the reservation but I cannot .... They said they do not know why but it "just happens" to some reservations .... so frustrating !!

Mines all OK now

I did try the back door and it also says my reservation does not exist but yet RCL and my TA can sometimes see it :(
